Marching Military Men
162nd Battalion marching through Burk's Falls. The bridge that the soldiers are crossing is the Galna. The Galna Bridge still stands today. In the upper right corner you can see the Knight Brother's lumber company.
This postcard is of a funerary military procession made by the 162nd Battalion along Main Street Sundridge. At the head of the march is a marching band. The line of soldiers goes off into the distance. This procession maybe for all of the soldiers who died during World War I.
