Seemingly capable senior executives, for example, will admit as to how utterly incapable they are of understanding financial markets. They lament over how helpless they feel when it comes to personal decisionâ€"making for their financial affairs. How many times has a sound recommendation been made to you with respect to investing a sum in a quality financial product? You think it over for a minute and take the easy route by delaying a decision in order to weigh the matter more carefully. Financial Advisors are, effectively, ‘financial physicians' who prescribe appropriate remedies to your needs. They can't do a credible job unless they have a firm idea of what your needs are. You have to supply some essential information which should be treated confidentially. A financial consultation, for example, is a primary diagnostic element.
