- A Black and white photograph and a colour photograph of the same home. The black and white photograph of the home was taken circa 1945. The home is a wooden one story home with a garage as a separate building. The home has a small porch and a small second floor attic.
The colour photograph was taken in 1983. The porch has been expanded the garage is gone and the building has plastic siding. - Inscriptions

At the bottom of the page:
"This house was built in 1945-48 by Joseph and Janie Nelson. It is constructed of double board frame. Remodeling and landscaping has been done since Les Grasley and Evelyn Humby bought the house in 1983. They also added a porch across the front and put on white siding."
"Former owners of this lot were Adam Fitzer from 1894-1900. Alice Carlton owned half of it at one time, also Jacob Schnieder, and J.D. Nicholson" - Date of Original
