JUNE 4, 1975 TERRACE BAY NEWS : PAGE 3 THE MILK COMMISSION OF ONTARIO Fluid Milk Inquiry The Milk Commission of Ontario by authority "vested in it under The Milk Act will undertake an Inquiry into certain aspects of the Milk Industry. The IfAquiry will attempt to determine how, after delivery to the processor, certain elements in the milk distribution chain contribute to the final price paid for fluid milk. The nature of the Inquiry will include the acceptance of written Briefs and the receipt of Submissions, as well as a series of public meetings throughout the Province. Persons or groups wishing to make representa- tion to the Commission on any aspect of the Inquiry . are requested to write to the Secretary of the Milk Commission of Ontario or to submit written Briefs with the undersigned not later than June 21st, 1975. Public Hearings will be held at times and places in Ontario to be announced later and those filing Briefs or letters who wish to appear personally will be advised as to the time and place when they will be heard. Double Decker Bus - continued but ended up stuck under a bridge somewhere, all to no avail, 'so back 'to the start; and with the kind help of the police and a furni- ture removing company that had a fleet of vans moving in and out of Chicago all the time they spent another 2% hours traversing one way streets - the wrong way - under constant surveillance of the police and finally emerg- ing with only one mishap to tell of (and that I am sorry to say was a lady driver) who was sO surprised at seeing a big Red Double Deck- er bus ahead of her that she just kept right on going and rammed into them. Luckily only | minor damage was done to both vehicles. Niagara Falls was the Clarke's stop-over and from there they headed south and travell- ed through the States and spent Christmas in New Orleans. There they encountered a Bus Strike, and "Lucky #I3" was the only bus mov- ing. From there they travelled up to British Columbia arriving on April 2Ist and after sightseeing for six days headed back east to- wards Niagara Falls. They enjoyed the I0 days travelling and thought the Lake Superior Scen- ic Route was beautiful and even compared our continued paged ........0.
