- Photo of the Knox Presbyterian Church Ladies Aid group with family members - including some children - enjoying an outdoor tea. They are posed in front of a thick hedge with the older women on chairs and the younger members sitting on the grass or standing. A small table with a flower centrepiece sits in the middle of the group of women and children.
The location is the terraced garden of Mrs. Dr. Mathieson, 109 Wellington Street North at the southeast corner with Widder Street. The Mathiesons were pillars of Knox Church.
The comments identify a few of the women in the photograph. More names would be welcomed. - Notes
- Condition: Fair. Yellowed with missing detail, scratches and stains. Matte has been trimmed.
