This appears to be an Orlo Cooper photo with similarities to numerous others taken and captioned by him in 1927.
The Dark building on the left, is the locomotive engine shed
next on the right is a short inclined siding and log laid ramp used to dump logs into the South River. A small out- building is next in front of the Standard Chemical Saw Mill with it's smoke stack. The jack ladder is visible slopeing from the mill on the right hand end into the river. The bow of a boat tied to a stump probably used to work the log booms floating on the South side of the Standard Chemical R.R. Trestle
