Sixty-two players, including 15 ladies, teed off. Every- one was from the surrounding area. After the game they gather- ed at the Seeley's Bay fire hall with their wives, husb~ ands and friends. A social hour was enjoyed and then dinner was served. Trophies and Prices awarded were: Ladies' Low Gross â€" Graham Mallette Trophy - Sharon Mallette 86 Ladies' Low Net - Marjorie and Ed Adair Trophy - Ann Seaman 72 Men's Low Gross â€" Emmerson Baxter Trophy - Bill Ford 72 Men's Low Net - June and Stan Webb Trophy - Mike Hamilton 69 All winners received a small trophy to keep as well. Special Prizes: Longest drive on No. 6 â€" Bill 'Ford Closest to hole (for ladies) on No. 5 â€" Pat Donald Closest to hole (for men) on No. 8 - Dave Munroe Eve one received a prize whic were generously donated by merchants and friends. The main organizer was Ed Adair, the handicapper was Mary Lou McCann.
