Call 382-4947 for information or directions. ’Beverly Senior Citizens Club The regular monthly meeting of the Beverly Senior Citizens Club took the form of a Noon Day Luncheon with the Senior Citizens Club of Seeley's Bay as guests. There were over 50 in attendance and all enjoyed a delicious meal. Happy Birthday was sung for Mrs. Talbot and Mrs Gifford. A short business session was held. After a recital of accordion music by Dennie Hengerveld of Brockville which pleased the gathering very much, "0 Canada" was sung to open the meeting, with Mrs Talbot presiding and Vera Sheridan at the piano. The President of the gas Visiting club introduced his members and expressed thanks from the club for the invitation to join with 'Beverly" and enjoy the buffet luncheon. A letter of thanks was read from the Newboro Club, who had been guests last month. The zone president Mr. Gifford was present and spoke briefly about the Kingston Convention being held again at Queens University in August. He also spoke about the Zone Rally being held at Delta on June 23 in the school auditorium. Mr. Blair of Toronto will be the guest speaker for this occasion.
