The June meeting of the Beverly Senior Citizens Club took the form of a Basket Picnic at the beautiful Township Park on Lower Bevâ€" erly Lake. The day was perfect weatherâ€"wise and the picnic area of the park was a delight to the twentyâ€"five senior ‘citizens who attended. Following the sumptious dinner a short business meetâ€" ing was conducted by the President Mrs. Audrey Talbot Mrs. Gifford acting as sec- retary. Several visitors were welcomed and minutes read of the previous meeting. Mrs. McCready reported sendâ€" ing cards and treats to sevâ€" eral sick members. The fair booth was discussed and also a future bus trip and the Zone Rally. All these matters were then left int the hands of the Executive Committee.
