Page 2 °W* Dear Readers We couldn't let our second anniversary pass without a little fanfare and flagâ€" waving. The first issue of the Lantern rolled off the press two years ago this month. After it rolled off the press, all the pages had to be collated and I remember well the sore hands from stapling hundreds of copies. The paper is larger now and less physically taxing to produce. We have achieved a standard we never thought possible two years ago thanks to the continued efforts of our volunteers with the support of our advertisers, our local councils, St. Lawrence College, our supporting members and our readers.
