Mrs. Quammie had the devotional. The scripture was read by Mrs. Ruth Galway. Roll call was answered by fifteen members.’ Offering was received and dedicated by Helen Moorhead. The min- utes were read and approved and the treasurer's report given. The business portion was attended to and plans were made for a chicken barbecue on July 12. A report on Stewardship was given by Mary Townsend. Reports were given on a Rally to be held at Toledo, Sep- tember 24, by Helen Moorhead. Lunch was served by Betty Mborhead and Helen Moorhead. ' NOW: Cross the sticks in the centre, and tie them tightly with the end of the first colour of yarn. Begin by weaving the yarn over one arm and under,around and over the next one.Continue around the sticks in this fashion,moving out from the centre. Be sure to push the yarn in to the centre,keeping it snug. Change colours by tying a new piece of yarn to the end of the first.Hide knots by tucking them under. To finish off,tie the end of the yarn around and under one arm of the cross.
