The November meeting was held at the home of our president, Mrs. Helen Moorhead. Helen welcomed everyone and read a poem "Ten U.C. Women". Ruby Sweet held the Devotional: “Prayer brings Gladness.", followed by prayer and the hymn: "What a Friend We Have in Jesus". Offering was taken by Ruby and dedicated by Mrs° Quamie. The minutes were read and approved and the treasurer's report read. Correspondence and the business portion was taken care of. Mrs. Vienna Kelsey thanked the ladies for cards and food at the time of the loss of her father, he Ball. , ‘ _r Literame for Stewardship‘w'afs" read by Mary Townsend and a report was also given from the Manse memittee. It was moved by Audrey Welch and seconded by Vienna Kelsey that the meeting be adjourned followed by the benediction. For our program, Mrs. Elsie Mainse showed slides of the North West Territories which we greatly enjoyed. A lovely lunch was served by Mary Townsend and Nancy Moorhead.
