EDITORIAL PAGE ’ Dear Readers, We're back with the second issue of the North Leeds Lantern. Needless to say we've learned a few lessons as a result of our ex- perience with the first issue and we hope you will notice improvements this time around. Our production schedule reâ€" quires that we compose each issue well in advance of the printing date, therefore we haven't had the benefit of your comments as yet. Area snowmobilers interested in taking the Ministry of Transporta- tion and Communication Snowmobile Operators Safety Training Course may enroll with Doug Battams at 359-5560. Doug is the registered Club instructor. All drivers 16 years and older without a valid license should take the course. Successful candidates will be given a registered certificate of proâ€" ficiency which they may use to apâ€" ply for a license to operate a machine on public trails.
