HARLEM HUAD PORTLAND, UNTAfl/U PHONE 272-2734 Page 15 CHILDREN ENJOY SONGS AND STORIES OF CLAUDE LEBRECQUE Despite the heavy overcast sky on July 26,more than 70 children and adults were on hand to enjoy an hour with minstrel Claude Lebrecque near Delta.This wellâ€" known folk singer and story telâ€" ler entertained Village children and campers in Lower Beverly Lake Township Park. Unfortunately,just as Mr. Lebrecque began his third number, the sky broke loose and sent evâ€" eryone scurrying for shelter from the downpour. Mr. Bud Donald,Park Manager, opened the Day Camp shelâ€" ter where Mr. Lebrecque continued his program. Although everyone was damp from the rain,and the room was packed to overflowing, the audience was captivated by Mr. Lebrecque's variety of songs and stories.
