WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Crosby deem it expedient to on streets and roads in the Township of South Crosby. contrbl and regulate parking THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Crosby enacts as follows: 1. From the 15th. day of December in any year until the 3lst. day of March of the foll- owing year, no person shall park a vehicle or leave a vehicle parked between the hours of la.m. to 7 a.m. on any Township road within the Township of/South Crosby. 2. Every person who contravenes this By-law shall be liable for any towing and storâ€" age charges related to the removal of any Police Village. Elgin Friendship Club The regular meeting of the Elgin Friendship Club was held in our meeting room on Tuesday, November lhth. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read. Everyone was delighted to welcome back our good friend Mary Fraser. The Christmas meeting will be in the form of a pot luck dinner, followed by a Christmas program by the Ukulele group from South Crosby School. By..law Number 21â€"78 The Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Crosby deem it necessary to pass a by-law to regulate parking within the Elgin THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Crosby enacts as follows: DEFINITIONS for the purpose of this by-law. "Park" or "Parking", when prohibited, means the standing of a vehicle, whether occupied or not, except when standing temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading merchandise or pass- engers.
