The devotions were read from the Anglican Magazine. The secretary read the minutes of the June meeting and the correspondence, and the treasurer read her report. The Foster Parents Plan sent a letter from the A.C.W.'s foster child along with a miniature llama, hand-made by the coâ€"operative movement started among the people. The group has decided to keep the tiny ornament for the Church's Christmas tree. There is much ahead this autumn to keep the group busy: catering for the official opening of the Mill Bay Court; the Walk-a-thon for the Primate's World Relief and Development Fund; decorating the Church for our Harvest Thanksgiving; and preparing for the visit of our Bishop. For the needlewomen of the group there will be a three day quilting bee at Dreen Campbell's home to finish the friendship quilt. The meeting closed with the Evening Prayer and the Lord's Prayer.
