Remove from oven and brush' any remaining glaze where needed. Chill, lift to a platter. Garnish with branches of mint and cut out cheese flowers. Secure flowers with toothpicks and add bits of red cherries for centres. I keep forgetting to start that basket of mint but I do have parsley yearâ€" round and it looks beauti- ful.
