Remember donations are accepted up to July 6 . And what lovely donations we've gotten! Many thanks! TO the Editor. a personal (that's me!) opinion. We have tried to present a summer and a winter program, not only to provide activities for our young people but also to provide some cultural outings for everyone. (Yes, I know; "cultural" is a fourâ€"letter word to some). Turnout at our more serious attempts is not good. And not helped by the presence of rambunctious, cranky, irritable children. If you must bring a small child (couldn't get sitter), or wish to expose your youngsters to some of the finer (my opinion, don't squawk!) music, please have your child well-rested. And if they become restless or fed- up please take them OUT! A cranky child guarantees 29 repeat attendance. Yes, our concerts are subsidized but only if there is community support. We will need S.R.O. at all the summer events. Please support us. See you July 13. Have a good safe summer.
