[Newspaper Changes Hands]

C.W. Rutledge of the Markdale Standard has purchased the plant of the late Clifford Arrow and has disposed of it together with the good will of his business at Dundalk to Mr. Theo Hall, who will proceed at once to publish the Herald in Dundalk the first number of which (under the new proprietor) will be published on the 8th September.
