- Photo of a crane used in the construction of Hayes Lake Dam, Terrace Bay, Ontario. Blue Jay Lake levels were raised 21m to create Hayes Lake, a 680ha headpond for the Aguasabon Generating Station. This generating station was constructed to supply power to the pulp and paper mill and for hydro electric power for the town of Terrace Bay.
