- Two men, Mike Arnoth and Mr. Baeder are shown standing in front of one of the first ore cars to arrive from the iron ore mines at Steep Rock.The CN trestle and ore dock were newly completed. At 9 a.m. the previous morning, the first of the ore cars opened its doors and 'sent 50 tons of iron ore thundering into a gaping bin of the new CNR dock.'
