The purpose for which the money is to be borrowed is for the construction of an elementary school and the purchase of furniture and equipment. 2. The amount to be borrowed is $236,000 for 20 years on the security of the said debentures, which shall be a charge upon the schoolhouse property and premises and any other real or| jpersonal property vested in the said Board and upon the separate school rates collectible by the said Board. 3.
