Smurf Club Non-impact Aerobics The second session of this fit- ness class will begin on Nov. 2 and run until Dec. 17 (7 weeks) at St. Martin School. It will be on Mondays from 6:30-7:30 p.m. and Thursdays from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Now is the time to register as there is limited registration accepted. Fitness for Fun The next session of Lynn's exercise class will begin on Nov. 2 and run until Dec. 11 (six weeks). It will be on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 10- 11 a.m. There is only one more weck to register, so call the office today at 3542. Over-40 Hoppers We would like to inform the community that this program is open to, males or females who wish to exercise at a more-leisure- ly pace. It is a very low-impact exer- cise program. mainly geared to strengthen, tone and relax the body. The program is held at the public school on Tuesdays and Thursdays form 7:30-8:30 p.m. Come one, come all and join in the fun. Teen Aerobics The next session of Louise's Teen Aerobics class is due to begin on Nov. 3 and run to Dec. 10. This program is open to boys and girls aged 13 years and up. The program is held at the recreation centre on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 4-5 p.m. Taking charge with aerobics We are calling on all ladies who would like to participate in an afternoon low-impact aerobics program. Facility use could be provided if the ladies would like to bring their children and provide their own babysitter.
