PRESS RELEASE Investigations for the week February 8th to 14th included the following - Constable S.R. Jones of Schreiber Detachment, recovered one stolen auto and. apprehended one Wanted Person, for the St. Cather- ines Police Department. One alleged indecent exposure was reported and is still under investigation. A report of three thefts of Flags, is still under investi- gation; one alleged assault reported and was revealed to bé unfounded and one domestic complaint investi- gated. On the traffic scene there were two motor vehicle collisions which resulted in approximately $500.00 damage. There were eight warnings issued regarding minor infractions and defective equipment. Films walle be shown. At our Monday Drill we were fortunate to have the Fire Prevention Branch, from Canadian Armed Forces Base Winnipeg. Warrant Officer Johnson and Corporal Thomas, showed films on fire preven- tion and mouth to mouth resuscitation to the Sea Cadet Corps and Wrenette Corps. A lecture was also given using ordinary blankets to put out simulated clothing fires.
