Sir I am glad to inform you that the order in Council has been made respecting the Brant claims. Those you left with me the Attorney General will report upon immediately. The transfer deed from W. Holmes to yourself does not appear among the papers from a memorandum on a Letter which Mr. [illegible] has shewn I imagine it must be in the Registers hands. Please to forward it as soon as you can : and at the same time send me the authority which you will find on the other side signed by the [?aure] themselves authorising me to take out this [illegible]. The Attorney General's charge on each report will be £3- which you will please to remit in all £12. Please also to acquaint whichest that the Attorney G. has [f???d] a fiat for his deed which I will get thro' the offices as quickly as possible. Your very dear [Servt?]
