- A Black and white photograph and short history of the property on Andrew Street, East side, Part lot 12 or 13, Access from Bay Street in Magnetawan. The black and white photograph shows a dilapidated wooden building with two stories with some attic space. In front of the building there's a small stone support wall. On either side of the front door are window frames without glass.

The former George Osborne house was sold to Ed Ross. The owner in 1998 is Wanda Lecuyer. The house was dismantled after years of no one living in it. A family by the name of Douglas once lived here. The old stone wall along the front of the house can still be seen. - Date of Original
