Description
A two page document which includes two photographs and a history of the buildings on 20 Bay Street Magnetawan. The first picture is black and white and it shows a two story wooden surrounded by flooding water. The wood looks to be logs. There is a piece a metal equipment in front of the home and there are several other buildings behind it.

The second picture is in colour and seems to be a different building. There's only one story and is painted pink and there are small trees on either side of the door.
Inscriptions
20 Bay Street, south side

Murray and Pearl Osborne lived in this house for many years. It was originally a two story with insul brick siding. Dolly Osborne McLachlan owned it and for a long time it was used only in the summers. The top floor was removed and a new roof installed to make a story and a half. John Mikolasik bought it from her estate in 1987. He also bought 10 ft. of lot 5 from Gayl and Garfield Robertson so his house was all on his property.
