- Photograph of CPR engine 5048 waiting to be serviced. It was built by the Montreal Locomotive Works in July of 1940. The engine worked in freight service on the Schreiber subdivision from Chapleau to Fort William. When photographed, this engine was just in off the Nipigon subdivision and was waiting to be serviced at the coal chute. Engine 5408 was scrapped in December of 1965
