NEWS -- (continued from page 2) In the Allumni Game, our Senior Boys beat the former Senior Boys 34-32. Around the end of January, Terry Ford went to a wrestling tournament in Pembroke. Terry finished in fourth spot in the 115 lb. category. In the Carleton Board Tournament, Osgoode placed fifth and had three medal winners, two gold and one silver. Gold medal winners were Alex Marsden in the 106 weight class, Terry Ford in the 115 weight class, and Dan Boyd with the silver in the 130 lb. weight class. In school wrestling, Osgoode was beaten by Earl of March 42-12. That was one of our worst meets. In our final meeting we beat Carine Wilson 27-15. Winners were John Conroy, Randy Crosbie, Alex Marsden, all who won by default. Other winners were Mat Pyne (by decision), Terry Ford, Murray Oickle and Murray Parsons. We didn't make the play offs but had a successful season. There have been no interscho- lastic curling since the last edition because of so many days off school, because of weather conditions and other things. We have one Curling Score from the Tiny Herman Bonspiel at the Rideau Curling Club. Osgoode Township High School beat St. Raymonds in a close match. The score was 8-6.
