- Full Text
- MODERN OFFICE—One of the most modern and well-equipped offices in Thessalon is that of the Bell Telephone Co., shown above. Demand for telephones is increasing at a remarkable rate. Thessalon is one of the earliest-settled communities along the North Shore and will this summer observe its Diamond Jubilee celebration. Preparations are being made to meet an unprecedented demand on the long distance telephone service between now and then as residents of Thessalon contact old-timers to issue them personal invitations to attend the celebrations. Visiting ex-residents will find many changes in the old community since the early days.
