- Agnes Macphail was one of five presenters in the 1928 Chautauqua Lecture Series touring Canada. Agnes' lecture was titled "Woman and This Changing World". The photograph shows all the lecturers, including Agnes Macphail (left), Miss Marguerita Nuttall, Miss Maud Buschlen, Miss Phyllis Leith, and Mr. Wishart Campbell. (See reverse image for details).
