Description
A black and white photograph depicting a wood sided building with with snow in the yard and a sign on the front indicating that it is Foley Community Hall.
Notes
There is a small Cenotaph in front of the building that was erected in memory of those who served in the war. It was put in place by the C.C.Club - aka The Country Community Club- in the 1940's and the remains of the Cenotaph, namely the cross from the top is still to be found resting against the newer Cenotaph at the Foley Anglican Church. The building in this photograph was also where the first Foley Fair was held in 1963. It was one of the first schools in Foley.
