Rayner Construction had the contracts with Ontario Department of Northern Development to link local mines with roads. Tony Okeland was co-discoverer of Little Long Lac mine with Tom Johnson. Joseph Errington, associated with Sudbury Diamond Drilling CO., financed the mine's development.
