- Lots 1, 2 and 3 west side of Mary Street, Dave and Ann Demery Home.
These lots remained undeveloped from the time of their original transfer from John Croswell to M. E. Ellsworth, wife of Alvah Ellsworth, in 1906 until after 1951 when they were purchased by Dave Demery, son of Mary (Paul) Demery. Dave and his wife Ann Laverne (Mills) built the home seen at left on the property.
