- In 1934, this part of Block A, was transferred to William and Pearl (Wager) Croswell from the estate of Charles Croswell. In 1942, William and Pearl transferred the lot to their oldest son Charles James Croswell and his wife Gertrude ‘Gertie’ (Corey).
