- Black and white negative of a photograph showing one of two cannons located in front of the Ontario County Courthouse. The man standing beside the cannon is R.W. Sugden.
- Notes
- The two cannons from the Citadel in Halifax were manufactured at the Woolwich Arsenal in England in 1866 and placed in front of the Courthouse in 1902. In 1964 the cannons were moved to the new courthouse on Rossland Road at Garden Street.
The cannons were returned to the Citadel in Halfax in 1989. - Date of Original
