- A black and white portrait photograph of Rowland M. Tipper (1886-1946).
- Notes
- Rowland M. Tipper was born in 1886. He was educated at the Ontario Agricultural College at Guelph and in 1913 was appointed as local representative of the Ontario Department of Agriculture at Whitby, following service in the Department of Agriculture branch for Lambton County at Petrolia. The Whitby office, founded in 1908, was transferred to Uxbridge in May 1920. Mr. Tipper moved to Uxbridge, and in 1926 he was appointed District Representative for Muskoka and Parry Sound at Huntsville. He served at Huntsville for 20 years until his death on July 8, 1946 and was buried at Ravenscliffe Anglican Cemetery, Huntsville.
