Notes: Mrs. Robert Darlington (Sarah Annie Hunter), eldest daughter of Dr. James Hunter, was born at Hedon, Yorkshire, England, on November 8, 1816.She and Rev. Robert Darlington were married at Hartland, New York, U.S.A. on October 31, 1839. About 1848, they settled in Brooklin. Sarah died at Brooklin on March 24, 1896 and is buried at Groveside Cemetery.
