Description
A black and white portrait photograph of Henry Warren Annes (1824-1886).
Notes
Henry Warren Annes, the eldest son of Ezra Annes, was born at Whitby in 1824 and lived at the south west corner of Dundas Street and Frances Street. He served on the Town Council of Whitby in 1882-1883 and in 1885. He died at Whitby on January 15, 1886, and is buried at Union Cemetery, Oshawa.

Henry Street in Whitby was named in honour of Henry Warren Annes.
