- A black and white portrait photograph of Louisa Hay (1864-1942), when a young girl. Louisa Hay is pictured seated, with her left arm resting on a table. Louisa Hay was also known as Mrs. John Ham Perry.
- Notes
- Louisa Hay was born on October 7, 1864 at Brooklin and married John Ham Perry on June 28, 1888 as his second wife. She was President of the Alter Guild of All Saints' Anglican Church and was a nurse at the Ontario County House of Refuge from 1903-1918. Mrs. Perry died at Whitby on July 22, 1942, and is buried at Groveside Cemetery, Brooklin.
