- A black and white photograph of William Gerrard Dow (1849-1937).
- Notes
- William Gerrard Dow, first son of John Dow of Glen Dhu farm, lot 23, concession 3, Whitby Township, was born at Glen Dhu on September 21, 1849. He continued to farm at Glen Dhu until 1890 when he moved to Manitoba to take up farming there. He died at Lilac, Saskatchewan, on January 8, 1937 and is buried at Ruddell, Saskatchewan.
