- This is a black and white portrait photograph of George William Dryden.
- Notes
- George William Dryden was born on Maple Shade Farm, lot 19, concession 7, Whitby Township on February 3, 1844. After being in business in Port Perry, he was appointed Ontario County Registrar of Deeds in 1897. He served in this position until his death at Whitby on April 9, 1931, and is buried at Union Cemetery, Oshawa.
