- A black and white portrait photograph of Theodore Augustus McGillivray.
- Notes
- Theodore Augustus McGillivray was born on Lot 32, Concession 3, Whitby Township on July 12, 1862. After graduating from Osgoode Hall law school, he had a law practice in Whitby with John Ball Dow until Mr. Dow died in 1910. He was also Registrar of the Ontario County Court. Theodore McGillivray was appointed Senior Judge of Ontario County in October 1912 and held this position until his death at Whitby on June 28, 1925 and is buried at Union Cemetery, Oshawa.
