- A black and white photograph of the interior of Joseph Heard & Son's Whitby Garage. Standing in the garage, from left to right are: unidentified man, unidentified man and Wesley Heard. Stove pictured at left side of photograph and the back part of an automobile pictured on right side of photograph.
- Notes
- Joseph Heard and Sons' garage was located at 124 Brock Street North (at the north west corner of Brock and Elm Streets). This building was formerly the Ontario Hotel. Joseph Heard and Son's Garage was located here from 1910 to 1970. Mr. Heard put brick veneer over the old frame hotel when he converted it into a garage. Destroyed by fire, September 13, 2017 and demolished.
