This photograph is on the back of the twenty-second leaf of Alex Brown's album. This leaf had 4 pockets for photos on each side. In the top left pocket was a photo of George Brown. The top right photo was of L. Costello, T. Donohue, H. Huntley and J. Town. At bottom left is Bill Cardwell and Walt Hooper and bottom right are three unidentified soldiers at an Ontario Regiment Truck.

This photograph is also on the front of the twenty-fourth leaf of Alex Brown's album. This leaf has 4 pockets for photos on each side. In the top left pocket is a photo of Costello, Donohue, Huntley and Town. At top right is a photo of Mr. Foster and his son Alex. At bottom left is a newspaper clipping of Lieut. Harold D. Rowley. At bottom right is a photo of Bill Foster, Mr. Foster and George Foster.

Alex Brown is a local Whitby area veteran. He is a member of the Royal Canadian Legion.
