- A black and white photograph of a medal. It is labeled Pte A. Straiton Whitby R. Co. This photograph was on the front side of the first page of Alex Brown's album and located in the bottom left pocket. This page had 4 pockets for photos on the front side. In the top right hand pocket was a photo of a Royal Canadian Legion crest. In the top left pocket was a photograph of the cenotaph. At the bottom on the left was this photo of a war medal and at right was a photo of a war medal labeled "Private R. Lawlor".
