- This is a black and white portrait of Miss Kate Wright.
- Notes
- Miss Kate A. Wright was a member of the faculty of the Ontario Ladies' College from 1898 to 1916. From 1898 to 1910, she was resident teacher of piano and organ.
She was born in Prince Albert near Port Perry, and after her retirement from the Ontario Ladies' College she taught piano and organ in Whitby and was organist at the Methodist Tabernacle, later Whitby United Church. She died at Oshawa on April 18, 1950 and is buried at Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert. - Inscriptions
