Maureen, to all who knew her, was a beacon of light and love. Loving wife and soul partner of Leslie Samuel "Sam" Smith and the greatest mother to Autumn Smith (Sarah) and Stewart Smith (Monika), and Grandmother of Casey, Hannah, and Reed. Maureen was predeceased by her mother and father (Mary and Samuel Robinson), her beloved sister (Marilyn Lavender), and is survived by her brother David Robinson, nephews Shawn and Cameron Lavender and Kevin Robinson, and a whole whack of the Smith clan. Maureen was a constant and devoted friend who shared her kindness and empathy with whomever she encountered. As we mourn in this place, Heaven is celebrating, as the greatest Angel has returned home. Carl is survived by his wife Barbara, his children Ryan (Chelsea), Kristen (Bradley), grandchildren Evelyn and Max and by his stepdaughter Christine (Paul), and Sophie. Carl is predeceased by his father Rivlyn. DAVIS, Daniel John October 20, 1951 - June 23, 2022 ------------------ It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Daniel John Davis ("Sparky") on June 23rd, 2022, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa in his 71st year. Beloved husband and partner of 46 years to Cathy, loving father to Vanessa (Rob), Daniel Jr & Sarah (Ed), cherished grandpa to Jillian & Daniel III.
