The road closures will be in effect as identified below. WHERE: Conlin Road/ Conlin Road West from Garrard Road to Stevenson Road North and the intersection of Thornton Road North in the Town of Whitby and City of Oshawa WHEN: Monday, May 9 until December 2022. WHY: Construction of a new trunk and local watermain, watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and road reconstruction. The closure is required to support public safety and maintain a safe work environment for the construction workers. NOTE: Construction progress and weather conditions may influence the closure dates. Detour routes will be posted in advance of the closure. Local businesses will remain open and accessible through the detour routes.
