This piece of property is actually three properties, 72 & 76 Baldwin plus 15 Price Street totalling 1.68 acres - a significant sized property for the downtown. Previously the site was home to an automobile garage repair shop on 72 Baldwin Street, a home on 15 Price Street and a multi-purpose building at 76 Baldwin Street (Home of Gus' Square Boy Pizza shop). Soon the combined lots will see two, 2-storey multi-unit commercial buildings built connected with a second storey walkway.
